INCLUSION FAMILY COUNSELING CENTER, INC. is founded by a team of professionals in Mental Health Field with vast experience in serving in Community Mental Health Services. Our Mission

To empower disenfranchised multi-ethnic and multi-lingual individuals and families by providing strength-based, family centered counseling programs with an emphasis on excellence, professionalism and respect to individuals cultural values.

Our Vision

All individuals and families deserve good care, treatment and opportunity to be healthy, independently of their socio-economic status, culture, race, ethnic background, education, or creed. We aim at reducing the gap of Behavioral & Emotional Health needs existing within the population of the diverse community of Brockton, and surrounding towns, addressing barriers to access: considering Language, stigma, education, migration factors, poverty and its effects.

PROGRAMS

Inclusion family Counseling Center, Inc. offers a number of comprehensive and culturally sensitive services which meets the clients where they are: in their homes, in the school, in the community, in their own native languages, and considering families cultural values and beliefs.

OUR TEAM

Our team members are themselves representative of the communities they serve with passion and professionalism, understand exactly the ways in which to serve their clients with appropriate and culturally sensitive approaches of care. About 80% or more of our staff speak another language in addition to English, including Capeverdean, Portuguese, Haitian, Spanish, French and other languages, in a community where about 60% of its resident speak these languages.

Internship opportunities

The clinic provides opportunities for field experience to intern students pursuing degrees in Social Work, Psychology and Counseling to prepare to obtain their Graduate Degree Credentials.
